DALLAS, TX - October 3rd, 2017 – Premier Project Management today announced the award of a $100 million full transformation of the Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas. Braemar Hotels and Resorts (BHR) and Marriott tasked Premier Project Management with the entire transformation of the property, including lobbies, common areas, luxury rooms, pools and suites. The scope of work includes, interior design, procurement and project management.

Construction is set to start on March, 2018.
