Premier is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Houchin, AIA, NCARB as Vice President of Architecture.
With more than 15 years of experience, Houchin brings a proven track record of leading teams through complex and diverse projects, guided by an integrated and highly collaborative design approach. Specializing in hospitality, mixed-use, and destination residential environments, he has delivered a global portfolio spanning five-star luxury resorts, full-service convention center hotels, boutique lifestyle properties, urban business hotels, custom residential estates, and branded residences. His international perspective and ability to navigate intricate design programs position him as a strong addition to Premier’s architectural leadership.
In his role as Vice President of Architecture, Houchin will guide and oversee Premier’s collection of Directors of Architecture while helping to shape the firm’s design standards and leadership culture. He will also play a key role in advancing Premier’s third-party architectural design services, with a particular focus on continued growth in hospitality and hotel design, as well as new-build multifamily residential development.
Based in San Francisco, Houchin further strengthens Premier’s expanding presence in the western United States. His location enhances the firm’s ability to serve clients across key West Coast markets, reinforcing Premier’s growing representation and strategic reach throughout the region.
