Dallas architects Premier providing master planning and architectural design expertise
Premier is proud to announce it has been commissioned by Agora Realty & Management Nevada LLC to provide master planning and architectural design services for Hylo Park North Las Vegas, a transformative mixed-use development that will introduce a new team sports-oriented destination for hospitality, retail, and community services in the City of North Las Vegas.
Envisioned as the future core of a new town center, Premier’s vision for the 73-acre development is to create a team sports–anchored retail and entertainment destination. The walkable district will integrate sports-oriented retail and dining, and will include a massive 200,000+ square foot indoor sports facility designed to accommodate multiple basketball courts and a configurable indoor football field. Positioning the development as a regional and international tournament destination, the project also includes a new-build Embassy Suites hotel tailored to support sports tourism and team-based travel.
Premier is providing master planning and site study expertise on the project while also leading architecture, interior design, and procurement services for the Embassy Suites portion of the development. Through its integrated service model, Premier is aligning planning, design, and delivery to support a cohesive sports-driven mixed-use environment and a high-performing hospitality experience.
Hylo Park represents a significant investment and purposeful revitalization effort in North Las Vegas.
